Is this available for non-CA residents? It says bring the ad to a branch "or call". So I am wondering...

How is the $150 bonus offer given?
e.g. $50 credited 30 days following,account opening,
direct deposit or online banking sign-up. It is a great promotion to
bring in core accounts and customer
relationships.
