U.S. Bank, NA check cards offer a convenient, secure and accurate way to access your money.
They can be used for PIN and non-PIN merchant purchases, online bill-pay, and at one
million Visa ATMs across the country. These cards can be tied to any U.S. Bank personal
checking account, and customers may also choose to enroll their card in one of four great
rewards programs. Customers can now earn merchandise rewards, cash rewards, travel
rewards or rewards for affiliation. Earn merchandise rewards with one of three cards; the
FlexPerksSM Select Rewards Visa check card, the Cabela's® Visa check card or the
Harley-Davidson® Visa check card. The FlexPerksSM Select Rewards Visa Check Card
offers a 2,500 FlexPointSM enrollment bonus, one FlexPoint for every $2 in non-PIN net
purchases, and up to a 50% monthly FlexPoint bonus for U.S. Bank package banking
customers. Rewards may be redeemed through Internet banking, calling the rewards center or
visiting a local branch. The Cabela's® Visa check card earns one Cabela's® check card
point for every $2 spent at Cabela's® and one Cabela's® check card point for every $3 spent
at other merchants. These points may be redeemed for Cabela's® gift cards. Rewards may be
redeemed through Internet banking, by calling the rewards center or by visiting a local branch. The
Harley-Davidson® Visa check card offers customers automatic monthly entries to win a
Harley Davidson motorcycle and automatic entries into the end of year Harley Davidson
$500 Chrome® Cash drawing. All new Harley-Davidson® Visa check card customers will
receive a $10 Chrome® Cash gift certificate. To enroll in this program, current U.S. Bank
checking customers may log into Internet banking customer service and request a new or
additional check card. New customers must apply for a U.S. Bank personal checking account
and request the card on the application.
