For a limited time, the Citi Diamond Preferred Card is offering a 0 percent APR for a full 18 months.
The 0 percent APR applies to both purchases and balance transfers, which starts the day you open the account. To qualify for the 0 percent APR on balance transfers, you must transfer a balance to the card within four months of activation. The balance transfer fee is 3 percent of the amount transferred.
With the card, you also get around-the-clock access to concierge services such as help with booking flights, hotels, concert tickets and the like, as well as deals and savings through Citi Specials. Card holders have access to Citi Private Pass, which lets you buy presale tickets, preferred seats and VIP packages for certain entertainment events. You won't be held liable for unauthorized charges. Finally, you'll be able to manage your account and make payments online and receive e-statements.
