Look's like at least a few banks still need a little spending at the end-of-the-year. Despite a Federal Funds Rate at 4.25% and falling the following rate specials are listed at money-rates.com:

5.75% APY at KeyDirect on a 10-year CD with a minimum deposit of $50,000

5.51% APY at EverBank as an introductory APY on their money market and checking accounts

5.50% APY at Countrywide Bank on a 3-month and 6-month CD with a minimum deposit of $10,000

5.40% APY at Capital One Bank on a 10-year CD with a minimum deposit of $5,000

5.40% APY at Indymac Bank on a 90-day CD with a minimum deposit of $5,000
