With this introductory promotion, you'll receive a 0 percent interest rate on not only purchases but also balance transfers for 18 months from the date you open your account.
Balance transfers must be made, however, within the first four months of card ownership. The fee to transfer a balance is either $5 or 3 percent of the amount, whichever is greater.
There is no annual fee.
