Capital One Bank has issued one of the most consumer-friendly airline rewards cards available. Caradholders are rewarded with 1.25 miles for every dollar spent on the card. Cardholders can apply the miles to any airline! This card offers you a variable rate, currently 13.89%, on balance transfers and purchases. Maximize your savings by transferring balances from higher-rate credit cards and loans. There is no fee for this service. And, unlike other cards that cost as much as $100, this card has no annual fee.
